What are my delivery options?
We offer standard delivery and express delivery. For more information, refer to our Delivery page.


Can I choose a time slot?
If you require the package to be delivered within a specific time frame, please email us to enquire. Do note that additional charges may apply.


What if I am not available to receive the package upon delivery?
The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts to ensure your package arrives safely in your hands. 


Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed. We highly recommend that you review your details before checking out.


Can I collect my online purchase at the store?
Yes, simply select the Collect In Store option before checking out. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. The person who comes to collect the purchase must show an ID document, whether it is the purchaser or another person representing him or her.


Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is only available under our bulk order program for selected countries. Please email us to enquire.
