What do fragrance notes refer to? What are they?
Fragrance notes refer to the top notes, middle notes, and base notes of a perfume. Together they form a perfume’s fragrant accord.

Eau de Parfum vs Eau de Toilette - what is the difference?
In general, Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration of perfume oils than Eau de Toilette. Hence, the Eau de Parfum version of a particular fragrance is commonly considered to be slightly heavier and longer lasting than its Eau de Toilette version. That said, some perfumers have gone a step further from simply adjusting the concentration of essences to tweaking the ingredients in the concoctions as well. As a result, the Eau de Parfum version of a fragrance can smell a little different from its Eau de Toilette version.

 

 

Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes, all our perfumes are 100% authentic. We work with authorised distributors to ensure you purchase only genuine products in our store. The distributor details are available on the product packaging.

What payment methods do you accept at the store?
We accept payment by cash, Mastercard and VISA.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer a complimentary gift wrapping service when you spend S$200 and above at our store. For purchases below S$200, gift wrapping is available for a nominal fee of S$5.

Please contact us with the brand and fragrance you are looking for.

What are your store policies?
Goods sold are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective merchandise will be replaced with identical item within 7 days of purchase, subject to supplier’s approval. Please note that the original receipt must be presented.

Do you offer volume discount or accept wholesale orders?
Yes we do. We have a bulk order program. Please write to us for further enquiry.

 

 

Is there a minimum purchase to qualify for Scentre Membership?
No, and it is absolutely free to join our membership program. In fact, the membership discount will apply to your first purchase once you join the program. For membership terms and conditions, please refer to our Members’ Privileges page.

How do I apply to be a Scentre Member?
All applications must be done in person at our physical store. We will provide you a form to complete when you visit us and your membership will be activated on the spot.

Will I receive a Scentre Membership Card?
No. Your membership number will be your NRIC number. To enjoy your membership privileges, simply present your NRIC at the point of payment for your purchase.
