What is the return and exchange policy?
Goods sold are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Care within 7 days from date of delivery (or date of purchase if the item was purchased in store).

Please provide us with the following details:
  • Image of item/parcel received
  • Name of item
  • Your order number / Original receipt for in-store purchase

  • Defective merchandise will be replaced with identical item**, subject to supplier’s approval. 

    Once your return/exchange request is approved, please return the defective item to our store. Scentre reserves the right to further inspect the item before accepting the return. 

    To ensure a smooth return/exchange:
  • Please do not return the item by mail
  • Please only return the item at our store after you have received instructions to do so from our Customer Care Team. Otherwise, our staff in the store will not be able to assist you.

  • ** If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued to you accordingly. For online orders, the refund will be made via Shopify Payments. 

     

    What if I receive an incorrect item?
